At MP Plast we take our social responsibilities seriously and therefore in 2011 we established our “Employment MP Plast” scheme as an integrated part of our company.
“Employment MP Plast” is a supported project under the auspices of Esbjerg municipality.
“Employment MP Plast” offers employment in a regular firm to Esbjerg residents with special needs.
Together with the other employees, these staff take care of daily tasks in the company such as sorting and assembly of products.
The aim is to work as closely to regular conditions in a private company as possible, where the employee learns to function in an ordinary work and social setting, creating value and satisfaction for the individual.
“Employment MP Plast” helps make a large daily difference for many people while also resolving many necessary tasks for us.
At MP Plast we are more than happy to share our daily work with “Employment MP Plast”. These employees contribute greatly to sharing and increasing job satisfaction at our workplace.
